I decided to offer my services both in the UK and Bulgaria as I had realised that due to the opening of more borders and easier travel the world is now a much smaller place. Whilst living in the UK I have met many people from both countries and have become aware of the many differences in both law and culture. The knowledge and experinece that I have developed is therefore extremely beneficial to anyone wishing to invest, re-locate or create or develop a business opportunity. (There is also a competitively priced, large workforce available to people wishing to possibly re-locate their business or just start a new one.)

This will also help avoid the many possible pitfalls that can occur and assist with the carrying out of the correct procedures.

Many people are now choosing to invest in Bulgaria, attracted by cheaper property, beautiful coastal areas and mountainous, rural enviroments. With proper, defined seasons, you can enjoy long hot summers and winters with plenty of snow and world class ski resorts in which to enjoy them.

I have been able to guide my clients into successfull purchases and helped them to make the correct decissions about any problems they had encountered before they sought my advice.

I have discovered that the lack of knowledge of many of my clients about Bulgarian rules and regulations, have caused them many problems. Some have unfortunately bought properties which they have later found to be in a poor or disappointing location. Others have been disilousioned with the actual property itself after purchasing it and others have been fined by the government because they were unaware of their responsibilities with regard to maintaining their properties and companies. This isn’t always made known to people buying properties by the people selling them and can cause a great deal of distress when it is discovered.
